Policies, Terms and Conditions:
Our items are custom in nature and we want you to be pleased with your purchase. Computer monitors can display colors differently so we are happy to provide fabric or ribbon swatches if available. Our items are also monogrammed by humans and they will not be "perfect". monograms may appear a bit off center, but we do OUR VERY BEST to make it as perfect as possible. Happy customers rule! We love to please but do not be unrealistic in your expectations please. We cannot accept returns on customized items because the color did not appear on the website as in person or due to a customer deciding it does not look the best on as it did on the website. We will not refund a item due to the size of monogram. We make every effort to represent the actual item as close a humanly possible to the picture. Models vary in size and shape as do our customers. If you are unsure of how it will look on/in person, please order it "blank". Once it is personalized it is not returnable. Your acceptance and placing of the order is your agreement to these facts. Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on our products because a customer is not pleased with a letter or monogram choice. Please note that we cannot make changes to or cancel an order that is already in production. Because of the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Personalized items are non-refundable. Please make your color/fabric/melamine color selections carefully as once items have been monogrammed or personalized, they are non-returnable. Kindly make certain to provide initials and names (in the correct order). We cannot be responsible for monograms that are placed out of correct order . Make certain to enter them in the order that they should appear (FIRST, LAST, MIDDLE). Embroidered names will appear exactly as typed. We are happy to answer any questions that you may have about placing an order by calling or emailing. Because of the custom nature of our products we ask that all orders be placed through the website so there is no question about correct spellings/fabric choices/thread colors etc. We will be happy to assist you with your order over the phone but request that the actual order be placed online. Our shipments are sent via Priority Mail or FedEx. If you require a different mail carrier please contact us to make arrangements for a different shipment option. Please be advised that additional charges may apply. In order to keep your shipping costs down, insurance on shipments is optional. Please note that if you would like to add insurance to your shipment, please call to add this service to your order before your order has been shipped. Please be advised that we cannot replace an item that is confirmed as delivered unless the insurance has been purchased. "RUSH" orders are shipped within the time frame listed on the listing. Please note that all days listed in the "rush" times are actual business days so if an order is "rushed" it will ship in the designated number of business days listed on the order form. Please be advised that the rush fee does not apply to the actual shipping. If an order is needed sooner than the average 3 day ship allotted by Priority Mail, we can overnight orders at an additional cost. Please contact us for more info. Ship times can be delayed during peak times of business (November, December as well as Mother's Day and Graduation Seasons). Please note that we cannot cancel orders that are already in production because a ship time is outside of the normal time frame. If an item is needed by a specific date, we suggest that you call the store prior to placing the order to ensure that your needed delivery date can be met. In the event that a non-monogrammed item needs to be returned, the refund will be give in store credit only.  **shipping is non-refundable. Credit Cards  by 
We do accept all credit and debit cards as approved by Paypal Pro and online processors. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon  order placement and you will receive a notice of shipment for your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks  by 
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders  by 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

We will do our very best to make multiples as close in appearance as possible, however, most items are customized (by us humans) and can have slight variations that will not deter from the overall appearance.  Occasionally, fabrics will have slight color variations in a dye lot, but we will be sure to make sure all items are from the same lot if at all possible.

Order Acceptance Policy  by 
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Preppy Girl Gifts reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item if unavoidable circumstances delete our stock or a manufacturer had discontinued an item.

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Preppy Girl Gifts signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products  by 
We will ship your product as it becomes available.  
If your order is received after 2 pm and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday, this may delay your ship time. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER ARE CURRENT IN CASE WE NEED TO CALL YOU ABOUT AN OUT-OF-STOCK ITEM.

Returns  by 
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase with proof of proper use.  Orders will not be returned for breakage or misuse.  (For example, do not purchase a $30 handbag and expect it to hold your weeks laundry and request a refund when the handle breaks from improper use.)  Proper installation of any wooden or wall items is expected, and cannot be returned or refunded if it breaks from a fall or other damage done while hanging or displaying.   If it is damaged during shipping, you will need to file a claim with your local post office.

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will only be accepted for return 7 days from the date of purchase. You must contact us immediately to get a pre-authorization number for your return if it is a mistake.

All customized and monogrammed items are "not returnable" and "not refundable" and are final sale.

Shipping Policy  by 
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:00PM will ship within 2-3 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next expected business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered by the US postal service or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Taxes  by 
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors  by 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
