However, when ordering multiple items of the same sort, you may experience slight differences in monogramming sizes, slight color variations, or fabric changes all due to the nature of assembling or design of the product and not in anyway a defect of this product or item. We do not mass produce our in house monogrammed or personalized items in factories--they are hand to machine designed and hand assembled. Differences will occur, but should not change the function of the item or impair the look of the item. Returns or Exchanges TOP
Customer satisfaction is a real priority and we try to meet realistic expectations to the best of our abilities. Please feel free to email or call us if you have any questions before making a purchase.
There will be NO RETURNS for Monogrammed or Personalized items. If we have made an error, please contact us within 7 Days and we will happily correct the error.
Exchanges for sizes in flip-flops must be done within 7 days and customer is responsible for return shipping---SO please contact us if you have questions about sizing BEFORE ordering.
We recommend ordering up a size in the flip flops as they tend to run small for most people.
Please ask any questions ahead of time to be sure your order is correct. Monogrammed Clogs and sandals are not returnable, so be sure you are clear in your monogram choice.
If you need to return an item for exchange, please return all items in original packaging with tags and invoice. Customer is responsible for return shipping to Preppy Girl Gifts.
How long will it take to get my order? TOP
Some items we keep in stock and can ship within 3 business days, other items like our custom handmade bags, purses and Monogrammed flip-flops may take 4-6 weeks depending on the time of year and number of requests for popular items. However, we make every effort to ship within a couple of days if possible.
Monogrammed items generally take a few extra days.

Can you ship overnight, or next day if I need it in a hurry? TOP
We will be happy to accomodate an overnight or next day shipping request, however, the customer will have to pay the USPS Express Fee starting at $14.95. Please email or call us and we will give you a specific shipping cost based on the size and weight of your order.
How are my orders processed? TOP
You will get a receipt for your payment via email, so please include your email address.
